Exclusive | The wonderful fashion designer loft that requires $ 10.75 million has a dog elevator – and tables raised from the floor

Texas -born fashion designer Lela Rose wears stars from Gwyneth Paltrow and Jessica Chastain to Anne Hathaway and Mindy Caling in her gorgeous dresses. She is also a creative lady known for throwing extravagant Soirees.

Now Rose Rosa magazine widespread in Tribeca, which she shares with her financier man, Brandon Jones and their two children, is on the market for $ 10.75 million and is a miraculous reflection of her stylish style and love.

Maisonette with 6,000-square-foot land, which includes the skilful space and homework for their children, come with five bedrooms and 5.5 baths in a gracious building dating back to 1865. It is configured as a head-down three lights and excessive glass windows.

The “fun floor” is 97 meters long, and the platform part is used as a fashion track – and also as a dance floor.

Designed by the Worcac Architects in collaboration with Rose and Jones, the house opens from a private road level entrance to a living room with 16 -foot ceilings, “gallery size” walls to display art and large store windows.

The living room leads to a bamboo raised platform with a wet ribbon, and the hidden tables to appear in command can be inserted here. There is also a chef’s kitchen to eat “restaurant quality” and a rolled lounge, along with a media area.

Sculptural stairs separate the public area from the bedrooms.

Two bedrooms share the upper level with strict round areas and a shared bathroom with double entrance.

The middle level boasts the primary bedroom suite with a “red carpet” killer and an area lined with a bathroom similar to the bathroom, a separate home office and a private defect terrace.

The lowest level boasts a large lounge, staff neighborhoods, a guest suite and a “temperature -controlled taste taste room”.

Condo boutique boasts only five clogged units with a key.
