Rabbit Hill Estate, located along the Hudson River in the village of Briercliff Manor, hit the market for $ 15 million, Wall Street Journal reported.

List agent David Turner, of Compass, told the newspaper that part of the home value comes from the land itself, with approximately 22 hectares of lawns, gardens and forests overlooking the Hudson River.

Rabbit Hill’s current owners bought property in 2016 for $ 9 million and continued to undertake up updates and Restoors worth millions of dollars, the newspaper reported. A location scout for “Zero Day” approached the couple in 2023.
