Baz Luhrmann film director is once again testing the Manhattan luxury market, supporting the Gramercy Park Townhouse for $ 13.99 million – a steep discount from its $ 19.99 million original that require the March 2022, the post has learned.

The house is now ranked with Karen, Keith, Alan and Casey Heyman of Realty International, Sotheby, after a preliminary start with Corcoran. Brokers did not respond to posting requests for comment from the press.
A closed entrance opens into an front landscape garden and leads to an input vestibule. At the garden level, a kitchen of a chef created by clive with Viking and sub-zero equipment connects to an official dining room with a wood combustion fireplace. French doors open to a private garden lined with pink lying with bistro lights.
The floor of the salon is impressed with 16 -foot -up ceilings, a curved dramatic ladder and full -length arched windows.

Luhrmann and his wife, designer of production and costumes Catherine Martin, lived at home with their two children.
Coupleifti, long creative collaborators, married in 1997 and worked together in many of his most famous films, including “Elvis” by 2022 Elvis Presley “Elvis”.
