A beach building in Marina del Rey, California once owned by Rock Stevie Nicks legend has listed $ 3.9 million, offering a rare appearance in the early solo years of Fleetwood Mac Star, according to a press release.
The 2,091 square meter settlement, located on the Outrigger road only south of Venice Beach, contains two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and direct access to the sand, along with comprehensive views of the Pacific Ocean.
The house, built in 1974, still reflects the Bohemian aesthetics of its former Occupator.
Among the details of its period are a sunny living room, bent wooden frame windows to resist an interior of a yacht and a bathroom with vintage wallpaper.
A glass line balcony faces water, while the dining area raised and fitted with hard wood floors in a carpet lifestyle.
Nicks occupied the property in the early 1980s as she moved into her solo career after her growing up with Fleetwood Mac.
The apartment even makes a brief appearance in the music video for “Edge of Seventende” from her first album, “Bella Donna”.
Bam magazine, in a 1981 profile, described the view from the living room as “an endless space of sand, ocean and heaven”.
Pictures from the period show nicknames in space, surrounded by tropical plants and recording equipment, dancing in the kitchen and posing in a mirrored vanity. This overview remains one of the unit’s attitude characteristics.

The ranking is held by Elana Besserman and Shelton Wilder of Christie’s international real estate in southern California.
Besserman is uniquely connected to the unit. They later bought the unit up in 1991.
“It still feels very artistic and different,” Besserman said about the creative atmosphere of the building.
“Even in my parents’ unit, people are always hit by style because it’s a lot of artist building.”
The building contains only three units at a single level, a level of intimacy that is rare for ocean properties in Los Angeles.
“The privacy of the building with only 3 units and the whole level is very rare for a Beach property,” Besserman the Post told.
Residents also have access to a common roof and certain parking, including the space of friends in a nearby feature feature in the often elongated beach area.
“The images are the price of acceptance.
Although it is unclear exactly when Nicks gained property, ranking agents and archival materials suggest that she lived there for several years during the early 1980s.
“Elana’s parents bought Unit 2 in 1982 from Stevie and then bought Unit 3 in 1991,” Wilder said. “No idea when Stevie bought it, but based on her space images and interviews referring to the house, she lived there for a few years.”
Now 76, Nicks remains based in Los Angeles and was recently announced at Pollstar Awards – where she was included in the famous hall – that she is working on her first album in more than 10 years.
Her inspiration came, she said, after being evacuated from her house of Palisades Palisades during a wild fire and spent 92 days in a hotel room.
