Exclusive | This 330-square-foot co-op is one of the smallest Hamptons houses for sale-and just ranked for a price to match

The trend of micro-units has flown east.

A studio attic 330 square meters just hit the market in Hampton Bays for $ 259,000. The list, set in 90 Springville Road – and one of the smallest now for sale in the end, according to Outeast – held by ISIS Rayne and Kim Parshley of Compass.

This teenager of the Hamptons who has long been synonymous with wealth, power and palaces-admits an urban layout of the open concept and a sleep attic to be reached by a ladder.

The house is a part of Springville Estate, a cooperative of 30 units that previously functioned as a tennis camp.

“The CO-OP Board is really passionate about holding the small and narrow knitted community,” Rayne The Post told the post.

Rayne said the unit has withdrawn research from residents in Florida and Georgia looking for a northern summer house.

The unit on the Springville Street is not the smallest house in the Hamptons-A 216 square meter in Montakt and gets that cake-but it is certainly one of the best appinations.

The unit was recently updated, Rayne said, with new cabinets, countertops, bathroom tiles and a shower. Fresh renovation makes the unit an attitude between the same prices.

“There’s nothing else like it in the market at that point price,” Rayne said.

Rayne told the post that the lofted area can be used for storage or as a bedroom, but the height of the ceiling means that this space is just a knee room. Integrated storage is limited to kitchen closets and some living room shelves.

The studio is proud of a private wooden deck that includes 200 square meters, which offers little intimacy and a whole brereating room.

Residents of co-op also enjoy access to a common pool, a tennis court and a laundry room.

What is missing home in space is in convenience. It is a short car to the beach beyond the Ponquogue Bridge, and a car even short for a boat and kayak departure in the nearby Tiana bay. In the center of Hampton Bays city and the local train station are also a few minutes away.

Tiny Living is a unique way of life in enclave synonymous with external wealth. Million dollar listing at Montuk Shores, a trailer park at the top of the Far East of Long Island, regularly grabbed the titles.
