A studio attic 330 square meters just hit the market in Hampton Bays for $ 259,000. The list, set in 90 Springville Road – and one of the smallest now for sale in the end, according to Outeast – held by ISIS Rayne and Kim Parshley of Compass.

“There’s nothing else like it in the market at that point price,” Rayne said.
Rayne told the post that the lofted area can be used for storage or as a bedroom, but the height of the ceiling means that this space is just a knee room. Integrated storage is limited to kitchen closets and some living room shelves.
The studio is proud of a private wooden deck that includes 200 square meters, which offers little intimacy and a whole brereating room.
Residents of co-op also enjoy access to a common pool, a tennis court and a laundry room.
What is missing home in space is in convenience. It is a short car to the beach beyond the Ponquogue Bridge, and a car even short for a boat and kayak departure in the nearby Tiana bay. In the center of Hampton Bays city and the local train station are also a few minutes away.
