The brokers involved in the agreement refused to disclose the final price, as the sale has not yet been closed. The identity of the future owner is also not known.
Charlie Attias from Compass, who represented the sellers, praised the deal as a healthy sign that Plasa’s private residents are “earning”.

There are 28 out of 163 units for sale in Plaza, according to Streeasy. Attias recently sold a unit of $ 12.5 million, with three bedrooms to residents in early April.
Wright’s unit vendors, The founder of Hudson Capital Properties, James Cohen and the editor of Dujour Lisa Cohen magazine, bought the house in 2009 for $ 13 million.
