A good roll in the hay doesn’t have to take all day.
Losing and pumping for hours is a sex-training in vain, according to new data that claims sexually active girlfriends can achieve euphoria in less time than it takes to do a high-intensity workout.
“Sexually satisfied Americans and Brits prefer sex to last about 35 minutes, including foreplay and foreplay,” say sex experts at ZipHealth, a virtual wellness center.
The pleasure of rocking the sheets is a vital aspect of most romantic relationships.
Specialists in Chinese medicine suggest that couples – especially honeys in their 20s – indulge in eye-catching sessions every four days in order to improve their interpersonal connection as well as their individual health.
The pros of the practice warn that “insufficient sex is considered the cause of disease.”
Scientists at Minnesota’s Walden University also found that women, from Zoomers to boomers, are at a 70% higher risk of death when they fail to get busy at least once a week.
So ZipHealth analysts, who surveyed 1,000 US and UK pleasure-seekers across the generations, pinpointed the exact minutes each odd exploit should take, for each time, to ensure optimal results.
“Typical duration of sexual activities among satisfied Americans and Britons,” the study read, “Foreplay: 15 minutes, Intercourse: 15 minutes and Afterplay: 5 minutes.”
However, couples who spend an extra five minutes on foreplay experience more female orgasms — a feat most Gen Z men struggle to help their ladies — than those who can’t put in the extra effort, according to the findings. Investigators say partners who watch porn multiple times a day are often able to afford a few extra moments of boudoir bliss.
The researchers also determined that 36% of queer people in the US prefer to have sex at night, and that an impressive 39% actually last longer after dark.
The revelation echoes a recent global survey by luxury underwear label Pour Moi, which found that 10.09pm on a Saturday night is the most popular time to pop.
“It’s really interesting to see how intimacy varies from person to person around the globe,” said the savvy villain. “But you also know that it’s weekend evenings that seem to be the most preferred time for people to feel more relaxed and ready to enjoy time with their partner.”
