Ankler Innovations are rebuilding more than 1.1 million energy banks as some users reported fires and explosions.
The company said a problem can potentially make Litium-Jon battery through the Energy Banks Powercore 10000 overheating “leading to the melting of plastic ingredients, smoke and fire cases”.
The memory, notified on Thursday, applies specifically to the Energy Banks Ankler Powercore 10000 holding the “A1263” model number and some serious numbers sold in the US, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
The model number and serial number can be found on a label located at the bottom of the energy bank.
Sales of withdrawal banks took place on the Ankler website, as well as Amazon, Newsgg and Ebay, between June 2016 and December 2022.
