Massive Beverly Hills Residence of Lebron James is well developed – after destroying the original property

Lebron James’s custom hilltop residence has begun to take shape.

The Los Angeles Lakers star may be enjoying the season out, but his work is too far. The 40-year-old MVP is in the middle of building a megamantion in Beverly Hills, Realtor.com reported. The massive project in 2.5 hectares Prima is five years in doing.

Property is expected to become James’s main residence, realtor.com reported, where he will enjoy a pool of infinity, a home theater, a wine basement and a home basketball field.

James issued another property in Los Angeles a year after buying his new Beverly Hills address. The large colonial style residence was sold in 2021 for $ 19.6 million, more than $ 1 million less than he paid for it in 2015.
