Sources told the post that anyone who buys the hotel will determine the fat of co-op owners who will have to approve the agreement.
The new owner could close the hotel and extract owners of co-op for a period of time-or forever.
“All will be distributed in washing. But nothing will happen without shareholders voting for it,” the source said.
If co-op owners are stuck for a wide renovation, they can pass five years before returning, sources say.

“Whatever the rift, it will be worth it,” the source said.
