An asset once owned by the executive that builds Williams-Sounding in a home name is for sale in Glen Ellen, California, demanding $ 9.25 million.
The 9 -hectare property served for decades as the personal attraction of the late W. Howard Lester, the Oklahoma entrepreneur who turned a cooking store with a French store into a national and luxurious power plant.
Lester won Williams-Tsonoma in the 1970s for only $ 100,000, adding Barn Pottery to his portfolio in 1986, according to a press release.

He led the company until his death in 2010, during which time he became synonymous with rich cuisine and goods at home.
After the passage of Lester, his family sold the property in 2017 for $ 6 million in a deal of all cases, according to public data.
Daniel Casabonne of Sotheby’s International Realty, who holds the current list along with colleague Gina Clyde, told Manion Global that the buyer was “a new Bay Area technology executive” who later received a $ 4 million loan.
The new owner undertook a comprehensive renovation, almost doubled the size of the existing structure.
‘Is a statement in the random and refined place of the summer place,’ the list reads, which indicates the now -remedied residence equipped with a modern, expanded interior pool and updated equipment.
The main house, a modern -widespread farm house, feels a great dramatic room with panel beam ceilings and wood walls, a dining area with a hidden wine basement and a sunny yellow kitchen anchored by a Skyl island.
The three -bedroom layout includes a primary suite with a centrally soaked central tub wrapped by double closets, and a baby arm equipped with custom bunk beds and sliding peasant doors.
Beyond the indoor, the bases offer rotary lawns, a pond, foot trails and a special guest cabin stuck near a mess.
The property is lowered by Jack London State Park and a short car from the original Williams-Tsonoma store in downtown Sonoma, a Casabonne detail noted as a full circle with brand roots.
