A French estate Riviera once owned by the late Sean Connery, the original James Bond, has returned to the market at a demanding price of about $ 26.4 million, according to a release from brokerage Savills, which ranked property this week.
Located on a terraced hill in Nice, the settlement of Art Deco – officially known as Villa Roc Fleuri – is best known in the area as “Bond Village”, said Chuck McKee from Savills in a state.
Connery, who played Bond in seven films, lived there in the 1970s and 1980s.
With the view of the port of Nice and CAP D’An, Vila happens a leading place at the foot of Mont Boron and the famous neighbors Château de l’Aglais, an architectural landmark.
“It has the most spectacular look in Nice in a controversial way,” the release says.
Built in 1930, the property includes more than 10,000 square meters and holding details across, including mosaic wounds, ceiling formations, wooden boards, forged bathrooms and even the original elevator cabin.
The five-bathroom, five-bathroom layout includes a primary high-floor suite with double en-suite bathrooms and access to panoramic terraces.
Wide outdoor features include a entertainment deck on the roof with a built-in barbecue, manicure lawns and a network of Garden Patways leading directly to the rock coast below.
A bath area, complete with a gym and an infinite infinite inner/outer infinity, offers dramatic sea views.
“It feels like it is overwhelmed at sea,” told McKee Global, who chose the news of Infinity Pool this week.
In addition to the main village, the property includes the residence of a special guardian and a house for guests near the entrance, currently divided into two apartments.
The current owners, whose identity have not been discovered, have bought the house in 2015 and since then they have completed a complete renovation.
They have “arranged everything,” McKee said, citing improvements in central heating and cooling systems, baths and landscapes.
While the house is returning to $ 26.4 million, it was previously ranked in late 2020 for about $ 33.8 million.
Connery, who passed away in 2020, also owned another property in the region: Domaine de Terre Blanche, a château in Tourrettes, which he bought in 1979 and later sold to billionaire Dietmar Hopp. That property was finally transformed into a luxury resort.
