In addition to good looks and good functioning, this project was about “exploring the way you bring goals to happen, health and prosperity” for the client, Cho said.

“We lined them with chakras,” said Cho, who is the author of “Holistic Spaces”, “Mind House” and co -author of “Jevedful Living”.

“One interesting thing we did at home is the country’s crystals in the wall hall. In Feng Shui, bathrooms can be challenging for Qi and so we brought crystals to bring support to transform energy.”

Cho also focused on creating “a Spaceus and Foyer’s invitation”.

In Feng Shui, Cho explained, the entrance is the source of all qi in your home and life, bringing positive opportunities and energy.

“We make sure it was spaceus and inviting,” she said. “It is not great to walk home and face the windows, so we created a wall slightly outside the center with foot for beautiful art, but with enough space so that qi could gather inside the space.” (Sometimes, she explained, when the front door is lined with a window, it is considered unfavorable because qi can rush, rather than gather in space.)

The house is also surrounded by greenery, said list broker Jerry Carlucci of Oxford Propperty Group.

“Almost almost like living in a tree house,” Carlucci said. “Feng Shui nature is very important, and having it injected within the built environment is important.”

While Carlucci is not an expert of Feng Shui, he added: “Feng Shui is more complex than I know. But from my point of view, I think New York can be a hostile environment and our homes act as refugees.

If Gimme readers are feeling a desire to bring some feng shui to their homes, spring is a good time to do so, because this is when the element of wood that begins to grow.

“Energy is stirring and pushing up through the ground. Soon, we will have a new growth around us in the form of spring flowers. This explosion of spring energy is a perfect time to work in your home with Feng Shui,” Cho said.

Pros Tip: At home, Cho said, include Feng Shui’s intention in spring cleaning by turning it into a meaningful ceremony and inviting “even more important energy shift in our lives”.

Set a goal for yourself or your home. Include the metal element using a bell or object with a clear bell sound and use it wherever you want, or move to the center of your home and nets nine times the bell.

“Whenever you call the bell, you feel the tremors move not only in your home but also through you,” Cho said.
