NYC Union Square area on a retail list, restaurant

Union Square Park and its surroundings lost most of their good kind juice behind popular restaurant cafes at the Square West closed in 2018 and Blue Water Grill followed it in history in 2019.

Never felt the same with retail sellers on the 14th Eastern road and the always Greenmarket of Pop still attracting crowds.

But now the park on a retail and rented restaurant. As reported by Union Square partnership, shops around the park are 82% occupied, a 68% jump during the last quarter of 2024.

The main new tenants either in the country or opening within the next few months include Seahors, Flight Club and Smashy restaurants.
