A 25-year-old woman living in a “untouched” house of the 1950s era has opened dogs for her historic space-discovering why she chose to preserve original property matches and equipment, rather than updating.
Abbey, who refused to share its surname because of intimacy-is the creator of North Carolina and Mother-EU-based content, which goes with @homeundereoaks in Tiktok, where it often shares tours on its cozy property, which was built over 70 years ago.
Although she works in full -time business, her real passion lies in interior design, something she has been able to throw help as she restores her perfect home for her original glory.
In a recent video tour, Abbey – who lives at home with her husband, their golden attraction and their cat – joked that she lives on a property that is almost three times older than she shows some of her favorite spaces and elements.
“The view: You are 25 and are living in a 70-year-old home,” she wrote in the title, before explaining that she was given to hold most of the property as she was when she was moved for the first time, except to add even more elements that pay homage to her story.
The content creator started its tour in the cozy living room, which is equipped with a large beige bed, a dark wooden coffee table and a circus lamp from the 1950s.
The large windows are covered by white and painted flower curtains, leaving only the right amount of light at home.
She revealed that her property houses many bulbs, many of which came with the house and match the original furniture.
The dining area features a dark wooden design, with a circular table and a chest of drawers that occupy most of the space.
After the dining table is a white chest, which holds stunning antique plates and adds a charming vintage touch to the property.
The cute kitchen has a fine white and brown table with a host of books and a lamp sitting on top.
In the kitchen, viewers are shown a black and white tile with stylish and wooden cabinets.
The space feels a wooden table, at the top with the rainbow mattresses and displaying wooden chairs that match the cream cushions.
The bathroom seems to be one of the most untouched areas of property, boasting Walings with pink and green tiles and matching floors.
The shower also continues the pink and green theme.
The toilet and sink with Abbey’s rose coloring perfectly match and, according to the homeowner, have not been updated long before she and her husband buy the property.
In the clip shows her bathroom, she wrote: “The view: You are pregnant with a girl and she will grow with a pink bath of the 1950s.”
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old’s bedroom contains oak wooden floors, a black wood bed and a tann night.
Behind the bed is a small window with gray curtains.
In another video, Abbey revealed that she had already turned one of the rooms into a nursery. It contains light pink walls, a white crib and a wooden chest.
There is also a small gold mirror and gold frames hanging on the walls.
In a following clip, the 25-year-old explained how she came to have a passion for design and shaking good quality goods.
“I grew up seeing HGTV with my mother, who is where my love for design came from.
The viewers were amazed at her home and appreciated her talent as they marked her “beautiful”, “beautiful” and “precious” property.
